“We have been buried with Christ by baptism into death” (Rom. 6:4). “…having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead. Colossians 2:12”. Baptism with water is an outward expression of our faith in Christ. In the books of Acts there was a fire baptism. When we accept Jesus we are baptised with the Holy Spirit in us. The Holy Spirit which manifests in such a way so as to literally “seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness” (Matthew 6:33). When we accept Jesus we are raised with Christ which refers to the work of God moving in our lives. We are then given a new heart that seeks after God. Salvation frees us from the burden of the law. While as Christian’s God desires us to follow Him with all our heart He knows we can’t be perfect. Since we all sin, that is where Jesus comes in His grace makes us worthy before God to receive eternal life in Heaven after we die. Praise God for His grace. Amen.

His Grace
We should love the Lord 100% with every fiber of our being. Jesus said, “And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. Mark 12:30” We love God because He loved us first. Jesus loves us so much that even though we were still sinning He died on our behalf. The Good News is that Christ Jesus died for sinners and rose on the third day. Just as Jesus went with the Father into Heaven through His grace we have the promise of Eternal Life for all those that accept Christ. Praise God for His love, grace and mercy. Amen
Wait On Him
We should trust in God, have faith and wait on Him. Proverbs 5:6 says, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;” When we trust in Jesus He will guide us down the right path and open doors in our life. God’s power is beyond our understanding or anything natural it is supernatural. We are weak without Christ and struggle but through Him we can do all things. We should continually give our lives to the Lord. Jesus loves us greatly and desires to bless us. Christ is full of compassion and quick to forgive us. 1 John 4:4 it says greater is He meaning God in us then anyone that is in the World. According to Philippians 4:19 our God is a loving God and according to His faithfulness He will provide for your needs. Praise God for His love, mercy, provision and forgiveness. Amen
By Faith
2 Corinthians 5:7 says “(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)” What does that mean? It is not telling us that we believe without evidence even though Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”.To walk by faith means to see things from an eternal perspective. We should focus our hearts on God. Paul goes on to say, “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal” (2 Cor. 4:18, NIV). “Walk by faith, not by sight” means, even though you might not be able to see where you’re going, you keep pressing forward! God loves us and desires for us to all walk in faith. Amen
Kingdom Of God
1 Corinthians 6:9 talks about inheriting the Kingdom of God. It encourages us to seek God’s forgiveness. Those that do those things Paul talks about will go to Hell if they don’t accept Jesus. Sometimes, people ignore this passage but we shouldn’t. Jesus often talked about the Kingdom of God. The idea of Eternal Life in the Kingdom of God is something that is not earned, just like an earthly kingdom it is passed on to God’s heirs. As believers we are heirs and promised life in Heaven when we die. Praise God for His grace and mercy. Amen
Disciple
Christians should be devoted to God knowing that Jesus is the only way to be saved. Acts 4:12 says, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” We should be disciples of Christ both in deed and in faith. God loves us deeply to the point that He sent His beloved son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. This act of love and grace is something that God wants our affection and allegiance to Him. This begins when our hearts seek after the things of God. As believers in Christ we should find ourselves devoted to Him and His plan for our life. We should be devoted to God’s truth and desire to flee from sin. James 4:17 says, “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” Praise God for His love, guidance and mercy. Amen
Walk With Him
We learn in both the Old Testament and New Testament of the Bible that God will never leave or forsake us. “Deuteronomy 31:6 ~ Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”” Jesus promised in Matthew 28:20 that He would always be with us. Jesus said, “I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.”. We should trust in God who knows the best for us and loves us more than we can imagine. When we trust God and let His Spirit lead us we are walking on the right path. When we walk with Him we are able to overcome many challenges and grow in knowledge of Him and His will. God has a plan for all of us. Amen
Jesus is Perfect
Jesus came to earth and died for our sins. Christ came as a humble servant who did not “cling” (Phil. 2:6), to His God-hood or boast of His perfect life. Jesus was 100% God in the flesh, and the only one worthy to die for our sins. The Lord asked us to love God with all our heart, mind and strength. It’s amazing that Jesus sums up the law perfectly, in loving God and everyone. The Bible teaches we love God because He loved us so much. In fact Christ loves us so much that He died on the cross because it was the only way to pay for our sins. Jesus was the only perfect person to ever walk on earth or in Heaven and through His blood we are forgiven. Amen
Sword
Scripture teaches us that “…the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword… – Hebrews 4:12” What does that mean? It means the Bible is living and active. We should follow God closely and know that God is a “…discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. – Hebrews 4:12” God has infinite love for all His people He shows grace and impartiality. God is fair and provided a way to be saved through faith in Christ. Without Christ we can’t be saved but through Him we are united with God and guided by His Spirit. Praise God for His love and grace. Amen
The Kingdom
In today’s busy world it’s easy to get caught up in trying to make the most money or have the nicest things. However, Jesus wants us to be the kingdom. In Matthew 3:2 Jesus says, “…Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”. We should look to Jesus who is the creator of everything and the establisher of our faith. Hebrews 12:2 says, “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.”. We should press into God and the Holy Spirit to guide us in our spiritual life when we are in our homes, workplaces or communities. Praise God for His grace and love. Amen
