Isaiah 41:17-18 When we sin it is like a spiritual desert. With sin our lives become dry and dead but when we begin to come to God for water, the spirit begins to flow with abundance. John 4:14 speaks of a well of water springing up into eternal life.  These scriptures are proof that God can take even the driest valley and even the dry wilderness of our lives and bring flowing water and life.  What was dead in our lives because of sin is now a pool of water in Christ. This pool of water being the cleansing of the spirit of God does purge our sins.  Since, Christ died not for the righteous but according to 1 Timothy 1:15 Jesus Christ came into this word to save sinners. God is loving and willing to forgive all that seek Him. Amen
