There is nothing greater than the love God has for us and His amazing gift of salvation through faith alone. We should repent and accept Jesus as He is the only way to Heaven. “Philippians 3:8: Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, Philippians 3:9: And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:” What does all this mean? It means that when God looks at Christians’ He does not see them as wicked and sinful but He sees them right before God through Jesus Christ and accepting His atonement on the cross. Romans 3:20 says, “Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”. It’s great news to know that unlike many religions Christianity does not teach that we need to work our way to Heaven. When we do good works we should do them out of love for others and for God.
