Hebrews 2:9 says, “But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.” Jesus was and is God, however God had to withdraw a bit from protecting Him because His mission was to die for our sins. Jesus who is above the angels was made less than the angels so that He could suffer death for all Christians. God’s grace is without limits, Jesus is now in Heaven and has received glory and honor. Christ loves us all very much so much that He was obedient to God 100% so that He could be the perfect lamb of God without blemish or sins to taste of death for all of us.
